I help people move out of pain, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and perform at their best.

Using playful, strength-based movements, a neuro-sensory training system called Rev6, and breathing methods learned from HeartMath, I help people learn how to connect to their bodies as they develop new skills and new levels of strength.

My goal isn’t just symptom relief; it’s teaching people how to self-regulate, recover faster, and move with freedom and joy so they can connect, play, and create lasting memories with the people they love.
